Principles for Delivering Change

Context

The University has reached a point where there are a number of cross-institutional strategic initiatives being mobilised, representing significant investment.

Given the scale of change, there is a need for all initiatives to contribute to delivering the future state whilst avoiding inconsistencies and duplication. The Principles For Delivering Change Logo

To achieve this, a set of principles have been developed to ensure alignment in the design, delivery and operation of change activity. Building on current good practice, these principles have been developed with input from key senior stakeholders involved in delivering change.

The principles were devised, developed and finalised through a collaborative process, which involved testing and gathering feedback from target audience groups. As a result, the final set is more concise and in more accessible language.

Principles

  • Delivery and Benefits Realisation
  • People and Organisation
  • Processes
