Delivering change is a collaborative effort involving many teams across the University. Many Professional Services support on elements of delivering change at the University. These services represent specialist or subject matter expertise for a particular aspect of the initiative, and might be needed at one stage or applied throughout.

Organisational Development and Professional Learning

The OD&PL Service provide training on leading and delivering change, as well as support on responding to the impact of change.

Risk Management

The University has an established risk management approach, including a detailed policy document, process and governance.

Secretariat

The Secretariat have oversight of the University's compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR requirements should be considered as part of all initiatives. Find out more about these requirements and download a copy of the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) designed to identify and minimise the data protection risks.

Strategy and Planning

The Strategy and Planning Service provide the University with a timely and accurate understanding of its current and future strategic, funding and regulatory operating environment. They provide oversight, assurance and support for the delivery of the University's strategic plan, including facilitating the annual Integrated Planning Exercise (IPE). Further content coming soon
