Change Toolkits

There are times when sharing ideas or ways of doing things save us from 'reinventing the wheel', giving us a good place to start our thinking. The toolkits listed below have been developed by the University, for the University.  Working together they provide an approach to guide thinking and provide some practical tools and techniques when delivering change activity.

Depending on the scale and complexity of the change activity, it is possible to dip in and out as you need to find the combination of tools and techniques to support the delivery. As you explore the toolkits, related content is suggested to help you navigate. There is also a library of templates available to download.
